We're looking for an outstanding Customer Service Associate
In this role you will provide Customer Service and Administrative Support to a dynamic North American Sales Team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with previous experience in dealing with Mass Retailers.
Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between Tech 4 Kids Sales Team and Customer base
- Manage Customer Pricing Templates
- Manage Customer order process with Hong Kong office
- Provide Customer Sales Analysis utilizing customer specific software (Retail Link, Speed Quote, EDI)
- Assist Sales Team with forecasting
Skills:
- Strong planning, organization, project and time management skills and comfortable in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment;
- ability to think "outside of the box"; exemplary interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking to and adding value to customer interactions
- Must be computer literate: strong keyboarding and Internet navigation skills and basic arithmetic skills required; Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Navision.
- Experience in dealing with major retail customers such as Wal-Mart, Toys R Us, Target and more specifically toy industry experience is an asset.
